"In the simplest terms, aikido training is a process through which we learn how to use our bodies skilfully; how to work with timing and distance. Training firmly and precisely, by performing techniques again and again, is the best way to improve."
Please Note: 2016 venue for Wednesday sessions
From now on, we will be using the hall of West Ashton Primary School (BA14 6AZ) for Wednesday evening sessions
Training times are unchanged: 18:30-20:30
Please allow a little extra time so you can find the school, park, and help with fetching mats.
Saturday training continues at Leighton Sports Centre, 10:00-12:00 as usual.
